2024 Vermeer® Vertical Mixers VT750

The VT750 twin-screw vertical mixer features useful design options to help take your operation to the next level.

Built on the same base platform as the VT600, the Vermeer VT750 twin-screw vertical mixer works well for a variety of operations. With a standard full set of knives on the overlapping screws, it helps produce consistent particle sizes for rations containing higher amounts of roughage.

Features may include:

• Every piece of the screw and tub design on the twin-screw mixers was carefully engineered. Two overlapping screws work with the offset baffles along the tub wall to produce a consistent mix of feedstuffs. The complimentary design of the tub and screw helps move material from the front to the back in a clockwise motion.

• The last place operators want their ration left is in the bottom of the tub. With two bi-pulse legs and the leading edge of the screw, three points of contact are formed with the tub floor to encourage thorough cleanout.

• With a 4-point scale, producers can rely on their mixer to help provide an accurate weight readout. Vermeer scales are equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, letting producers see weight information on their smartphone or tablet.

• A 4-point scale helps operators be confident in load weights. Optimize rations and achieve defined targets when feeding in multiple pens. Plus, Bluetooth connectivity makes load weights accessible from a smart device.
