Service & Rental Advisor - Full Time, PermanentVirden Ag & Parts is looking to add a full time Service & Rental Advisor to Our Team!
Reporting to the Parts & Service Manager, the Service & Rental Advisor is the first point of contact for our Service and Rental customers. You’ll coordinate appointments for both internal and external service, as well as rental bookings. You’ll perform necessary rental inspections and maintain service logs. Using our internal business systems, you’ll process work orders for customers, suppliers and internal units. The Service & Rental Advisor will also provide holiday and weekend coverage for our parts counter.
Some Saturday work is required from April to November during our extended hours.
Skills & Experience
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in service advisor role or equivalent
Detail oriented
Great time management
Proficient with Microsoft suite of products including Outlook and Excel
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Class 5 Driver’s License

In addition to KIOTI Tractors, we offer a full line of lawn and garden equipment from STIHL and Cub Cadet, and Ag equipment from several brands including Vermeer, Farm King and Mandako. We employ a team of 8 full-time and several part-time staff. Our current location at 560 Commonwealth Drive, Virden, MB was completed in December 2022, offering 4,000 square feet of showroom, parts and office space, with a 3 bay service shop.

Summer Students – Term, Full-Time or Part-Time
Virden Ag & Parts is looking to add up to two Summer Students to Our Team for 2026!
Reporting to the Office Manager or the Parts & Service Manager, Summer Students provide exceptional Customer Service and support our Administrative and Parts & Service Staff. Assigned duties include answering telephone and directing incoming phone calls, light housekeeping, merchandising, processing customer transactions, handling cash and cheques, processing payments via our POS device, and may include periodic yard maintenance including mowing, trimming and clearing trash as needed.
Previous customer service experience, the ability to lift up to 50lbs and a valid driver's license would be considered assets. The successful candidate(s) will be required to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month.
