Small Engine Technician
Flexible Schedule (Casual/ Part-Time or Full-Time)

Virden Ag and Parts is currently seeking a Small Engine Technician to join our team. We specialize in agricultural equipment and are proud dealers of STIHL, Cub Cadet, and KIOTI zero-turn mowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and perform repairs on small engines, including STIHL handheld equipment.
• Service and maintain Cub Cadet and KIOTI zero-turn mowers.
• Assemble new equipment and ensure it is customer ready.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
• Provide quality customer service and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with small engine repair (STIHL and Cub Cadet experience preferred).
• Familiarity with outdoor power equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.
